Flights & Bites, food and wine pairings

Flights & Bites are our signature food and wine matching tastings where each wine is complemented with a small gourmet bite meant to inspire new possibilities through textures, aromas and wide array of flavors that change with each pairing. The food is carefully sourced from some of the best local farms, cheeseries and renowned local chefs to be able to offer unique bites that push boundaries. The hour-long experience showcases 8 different pairings for $55 (plus tax and gratuity).

Currently featuring gourmet bites from Ardys Otterbacher, Blue Heron Bakery, Feast & Co, Lakelife, La Monarka, Podunk Farm, Saveur and Simply Red will cover a wide variety of culinary treats including soup, vegetarian, protein-based, pastries and cookies.

Wines covering all spectrums from Sparkling, White, Rose, Red and Dessert will be discussed to present these matches made in heaven.

This wine and culinary fusion is guided by a WSET-certified sommelier who’ll talk about the characteristics that make wine growing region special, grape varieties, winemaking techniques, food & wine pairing principles and tall stories from the families behind these incredible products.
