The hour long celebration of local tastes includes 5 outstanding examples of regional wines paired with 5 gourmet bites for $66*. Meant to inspire new possibilities through textures, aromas and a wide array of flavors, each bite is created by a local chef and includes thoughtfully sourced ingredients from some of the best local farms, creameries, and chocolatiers!

About the Food

Our culinary partners include Blue Heron Bakery, Feast & Co, Lakelife, La Monarka, Laughing Gull Chocolates, Podunk Farm, Saveur and Seasonal Pantry. Each plate is designed to take you on a culinary journey focusing on seasonal local ingredients. Not only will you enjoy international and classic flavors, but also striking textures and intriguing flavor combinations. Despite its focus on food, this tasting experience is not meant to be a meal. With this in mind, if you wish to enjoy additional gourmet foods to elevate your tasting, consider adding an Elevation Board when booking. These elevated cheese & charcuterie boards will be the perfect upgrade to try premium local cheeses, cured meats and house-made tartines to your tasting experience.

About the Wine Pairing

Each dish is paired with a hand-selected premium wine. To point out how flexible the pairing exercise is, our knowledgeable staff includes all wine spectrums. All flights include Sparkling, White, Rose, Red and Dessert wines to illustrate these matches made in heaven.

This wine and culinary fusion is guided by a WSET-certified sommelier. We will sure talk about the characteristics that make our wine growing region special, its grape varieties and winemaking techniques. Although wine tends to be top of mind, the spotlight is usually taken by the introduction of food & wine pairing principles and the tall stories from the families behind these incredible products.
