Easter Brunch is back! Chef Samantha Buyskes returns to Once Finger Lakes for the first time this season to craft your family and friends an exciting and flavorful farm to table Easter Brunch. With an à la carte menu offering everything from the Brunch Burger to Shrimp & Grits, and Cornmeal Fried Chicken– you will be hard pressed to find such a diverse brunch menu anywhere!

Our sommeliers are ready to delight you with rousing wine pairings or classic mimosas. Not to mention we have new local wineries on our wine list this Spring! Our wine list is ever changing and there’s always a new wine story to delve into. Outdoor seating offering breathtaking views of Seneca Lake will be available if weather permits.

Walk-ins welcome, but reservations are highly encouraged.

Garlic cheddar grits, chopped bacon, cheddar, parmesan, herbs and eggs layered and baked.

Crab Cake Eggs Benedict. 3050
A deluxe version of the classic. Poached eggs topped with sautéed spinach and hollandaise.

Shrimp sautéed with bacon, tomatoes, garlic, lemon, hot sauce and Worcestershire over garlic cheddar grits.

Mama Red’s Cornmeal Crusted Fried Chicken. 1850 GF
Buttermilk and hot sauce marinated chicken, cornmeal crusted fried (3 pieces). Drizzled with honey.

Brunch Burger. 1950
Grilled beef burger topped with a fried egg, caramelized onions, American cheese, Served on a brioche bun with chips.
Can be made GF by requesting GF bread.

Buttermilk Maple French Toast. 1950
Bananas foster style (think rum caramel sauce!) and finished with whipped cream.
Can be made GF by requesting GF bread.

Big Daddy Biscuit. 1650
Country ham, bacon onion jam, honey butter, pimento cheese spread, sorghum syrup.
Can be made GF by requesting GF bread.

Garden Griddle. 1850 GF
A fried egg nested in Braised greens and home fry style potatoes with sautéed mushrooms. Topped with sriracha, gruyere cheese sauce and sprouts.
Can be made Vegan without egg, cheese sauce.
