We don’t follow the traditional wine tasting formats. With ~40 different wines, 12 beers and ciders on tap and a curated selection of craft spirits to choose from, our self-guided tastings offer unbeatable flexibility. Try 1 or build a full comparative flight, and go at your own pace!
How is this possible? Our entrepreneurial spirit drove us to be the first place in the Finger Lakes to revolutionize wine tastings through high-tech self-service interactive wine, beer & cider dispensers. But don’t worry, you are not going to be alone. Our menus and tasting cards will offer you guidance on tasting notes, style, and what makes every product special. Moreover, the FLX Families’ Book will introduce you to the families behind these amazing products. Moreover, our knowledgeable staff is always around and available to answer questions and tell you more about any and every producer, their philosophy and unforgettable tall family stories.
Reservations are not available for groups smaller than 6ppl. Indoor and outdoor seating is available on a first come-first served basis.
Large Group Self-Guided Tastings

Our first-in-the-region self-service interactive wine, beer & cider dispensers are the perfect way to discover your new favorite drink! Choose between ~40 wines and 12 beers and ciders on tap.
Reservations for groups between 6 and 16ppl can be made online. Please note:
- Minimum 6ppl, maximum 16ppl (including non-drinkers).
- A $15 deposit will be charged when making the reservation. This credit can be used towards anything and everything that Once offers! From wine, beer, cider and spirits pours, food, non-alcoholics, to bottles to-go and merchandise! **Non-drinkers deposit of $2.50.
- An automatic 15% gratuity to on-site consumption will be added at checkout.
- The pre-paid deposits will be subtracted from the final bills at checkout. (Yes, it’ll be OK for people to pay separately since everyone is going to have their own tasting card)
- If you wish to pre-order food, the booking system will offer you the opportunity to build a customized shareables board for the group. Just keep in mind that portions were designed for 3ppl, so please keep that in mind and order enough boards based on the size of your group. Don’t forget to click “add to cart” for the system to display all the available food options!
Fine print…
– Cancellations made 8 or more days in advance will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations between 7 and 3 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 3 days of the experience will not be eligible for a refund.
– Each guest will receive an open-tab tasting card upon arrival. As the host you are responsible for your group. If any tabs are not paid in full before the group leaves, they are going to be charged to your credit card on file including tax and gratuity. A $4.00 plus tax recovery-fee will also be charged for every tasting card that is not returned to the host stand by the end of the experience.
**Please note that the system closes reservations 48hrs in advance. But that doesn’t necessarily mean that we are fully booked. For same-day reservations (or if your group is larger than 16) give us a call on 315-694-7197
Stay For Lunch or a Snack & a Glass of Wine
We’re more than just a tasting room. All of the wines, beers, ciders and spirits you taste are also available by the glass. They are best enjoyed on the deck with scenic lake views and good company. If you’re feeling snacky, pair your favorite drink with a taco or a small bite from our seasonal menu.
This year we partnered with one of the region’s most sought-after food trucks, La Monarka. Enjoy Rosa’s famous Mexican Street Tacos if you are looking for a more substantial plate for lunch. Or if you simply feel like snacking, chips & salsa, guacamole, or one of our customizable shareable plates will satisfy the craving.
