At Once, we work closely with local chefs, farms, growers, cheeseries and producers to showcase foods that are made locally here in the Finger Lakes Region and New York State. We offer a variety of small bites and snacks, as well as gourmet prepared foods. This year it’s going to be La Monarka Street Tacos!
La Monarka Street Tacos

We partnered with La Monarka, one of the Finger Lakes’ most sought after food trucks, to bring you their signature Mexican Street Tacos all season long! Rosa is still going to be driving around the region offering the full menu. But if you can’t catch her, or simply have a craving for her delicious tacos, here at Once you’ll find:
* Cocido Taco. Slow cooked beef with traditional herbs, garnished with cilantro and onion.
* Tinga Taco. Shredded chicken simmered in a spicy chipotle sauce with mozzarella cheese.
* Al Pastor Taco. Sweet & smoky pork in guajillo adobo with pineapple, onion and cilantro.
* Veggie Empanadas. Fresh tomatoes, bell peppers, potatoes, onion and garlic in adobo sauce.
The four different items can be mix and matched. The tacos are served in a soft corn tortilla. All come accompanied by Once Finger Lakes’ chips & salsa. Orders of 2 are perfect to satisfy the craving, while the order of 3 will be the perfect lunch.

If you are not looking for lunch, but simply looking to pair a snack with your wine, beer or cider, we have something for everyone:
* Chips & Salsa. Chunky salsa made with tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro. Served with corn chips.
* Chips & Guacamole. House made guacamole with tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, lime juice and cilantro, garnished with cotija cheese. Served with corn chips. **Available the same days as La Monarka Tacos.
* Classic Cheese & Charcuterie Boards. Your choice of 3 Premium local cheeses and 2 cured meats OR 5 Cheeses. Accompanied by local jam, pickled veggies, savory nutty snack mix, bread or crackers, and chocolate bark.
* Smoked Salmon Board. Scottish Style Smoked Atlantic Salmon, Seasonal Fromage Frais, savory nutty snack mix, bread or crackers.
* Mediterranean Medley. 3 different types of olives. Accompanied by gourmet nuts mix including cashews, pecans and almonds.
* Bags of potato chips, snack mix, crackers and chocolates are available for a quick grab-and-go snack.

With ~40 wines, 12 beers & ciders on draft (plus additional cans) as well as spirits flights, there’s always going to be more than one great pairing for each dish.
