Reservations are encouraged for groups of 6 or larger, otherwise, they are not required.

There is never a bad time for wine, but we recommend visiting during the spring, summer, or fall.

Yes! We have bottles from our partner wineries available for purchase in our tasting room. 

Unfortunately we don’t have an online shop, but if you can’t make it to the tasting room most of the wineries we partner with do have one and will be more than happy to ship some vino to you!

Tastings at ONCE are at your own pace and are ‘choose your own adventure’. You can spend 20 minutes here or 2 hours, but typically, people spend about 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.

No worries. We have an entire selection of Non-Alcohol options! From ‘near beers’, alcohol removed ciders, hop water, and select mocktails, everyone can be part of the party! We also have water, juice, and soda available.

We do! Snack on a variety of cheese and meat options made with fresh and local ingredients and other small bites from our seasonal menu.

Pets are welcome! They must be on a leash at all times but can accompany you inside or outside. We have a deck where you can enjoy your tasting alongside your furry friend, as well as an outdoor space for them to enjoy themselves.

Yes! We love large groups at ONCE and pride ourselves on having a variety of beverages for everyone to enjoy. We carry all local wines, beers, ciders, spirits, and Non Alcoholic options. We do ask that groups make a reservation online so we can assure proper seating is available. For groups larger than 20, please call us as special arrangements will need to be made.
