Devon, our resident fromager has designed a curated tasting of some of the elegant and rare local cheeses that are produced in the region. This tasting showcases why some cheese and wine parings are, well quite frankly, irresistible. Our team of WSET certified wine educators will talk you through the viticultural and enological choices made, and how that presents itself in glass. We will also show you how to professionally taste wine, explaining the appearance, the nose and the palate of the wines. The deep dive will consist of a flight of four wines, with a selection from a range of varietals and styles.
