At Once, we work closely with local chefs, farms, growers, cheeseries and producers to showcase foods that are made locally here in the Finger Lakes Region and New York State. Whether you are looking for lunch or a small bite to pair with your wine, beer, cider, or spirit, we promise you won’t be disappointed. We offer a variety of small bites and snacks, as well as gourmet prepared foods. This year it’s La Monarka Street Tacos!
La Monarka Street Tacos

We partnered with La Monarka, one of the Finger Lakes’ most sought after food trucks to bring you their signature Mexican Street Tacos all season long! Chef Rosa is still going to be driving around the region offering the full menu, but if you can’t catch her (or simply have a craving for her delicious tacos) here at Once you’ll find:
* Cocido Taco. Slow cooked beef with traditional herbs, garnished with cilantro and onion.
* Tinga Taco. Shredded chicken simmered in a spicy chipotle sauce with mozzarella cheese.
* Al Pastor Taco. Sweet & smoky pork in guajillo adobo with pineapple, onion and cilantro.
* Veggie Empanadas. Fresh tomatoes, bell peppers, potatoes, onion and garlic in adobo sauce.
The four different items can be mixed and matched in our ‘Pick 2’ ($13.50) or ‘Pick 3′ ($18) options. All tacos are served in a soft corn tortilla (naturally Gluten Free!) All come accompanied by Once Finger Lakes’ chips & salsa. Orders of 2 are perfect to satisfy the craving, while an order of 3 will be the perfect lunch.

Our NEW Shareables boards are offered in a ‘Pick 4′ or Pick 8’ option. Bags of potato chips, snack mix, crackers and chocolates are always available for a quick grab-and-go snack!
