Get ready to trade the traditional honey ham for a cross-country culinary adventure! This Easter, we’re inviting you to skip the passport and bring your appetite for an Easter Brunch that celebrates the soul of American flavors.

Created by Chef Patricia Rockwell, this 7-item menu will showcase classic American dishes made with local ingredients. Chef Patty, a Rochester native and Culinary Instructor, is ready to surprise you with gourmet interpretations of some of your favorite foods.

Adult prix Fixe 7-item Easter Brunch Menu $49.50pp plus tax and gratuity, includes all food and one beverage (or two half glasses). Kids Under 12 Menu $19.5pp plus tax and gratuity, includes all food (same items as the adults’ menu, just kids’ portions) and one beverage. All food will be served family style in 3 courses.

Each adult guest will get to open one of the hidden Easter Eggs for a chance to win a variety of prices including a Gift Certificate, bottles of wine, beer, cider and spirits, merchandise and more!

Tour America Easter Brunch Menu

1. Chips & Salsa
Rosa’s signature mild salsa accompanied with her home-made chips.

2. Chorizo Arepas
Cornmeal flatbread filled with grilled chorizo, avocado salad and queso fresco, drizzled with vinaigrette and salsa.
* Vegetarian option features soy-based vegetarian ‘chorizo’.

3.1 Birria Chilaquiles
Fried corn tortilla chips, simmered in a red chili sauce, topped with slow-cooked beef marinated in Rosa’s signature adobo sauce.
* Vegetarian option substitutes Birria for a fried egg.
OR
3.2 Quesabirria
Homemade corn tortillas filled with slow-cooked beef marinated in Rosa’s signature adobo sauce. Topped with mozzarella cheese, onion and cilantro. Served with a side of tomatillo salsa and consome.

4. Choco Flan & Tres Leches Pancake
Baked chocolate custard with caramel top & Light, moist sponge pancake doused in a mixture of sweetened milk, topped with whipped cream.

Under-12 Kids Menu
Mexican-style rice, chicken quesadilla, chips & salsa, dessert.
* Vegetarian option leaves chicken out of quesadilla.

Beverages
The adult ticket includes one glass (or two half glasses) of wine, beer, cider or non-alcoholic beverage. Choose between no less than 24 different wines and 8 draft beers, ciders and cocktails from our interactive beverage dispensers. Additional drinks will be available for purchase. A selection of juices and sodas will be available for the kids.
